We've grown incredibly since January 2024, starting with our founder, Namya, running everything solo from her parents' home. About the Role:
We’re looking for mid-senior designers who:
Are allergic to cheap design and can match (or exceed) the quality of work showcased in our portfolio.
Focus on business-driven design rather than just winning design awards.
Have meticulous attention to detail and a knack for generalist design work.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with the team to produce high-quality designs that align with client goals.
Manage projects with organized urgency, accountability, and a growth mindset.
Deliver designs that prioritize usability, scalability, and business impact over aesthetics alone.
Balance speed and precision in a fast-paced environment.
Provide creative input across multiple projects and clients.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 3+ years as a designer, with prior work in fast-paced startups or digital agencies preferred.
Skills: Strong grasp of design principles, tools like Figma/Framer/Webflow, and an ability to work across various design domains (branding, UI/UX, visual storytelling, etc.).
Mindset: Independent yet collaborative, with a strong sense of accountability and a hunger to grow.
Attention to Detail: You spot even the smallest misalignments, missed pixels, or inconsistencies.
